Brightcleanscrub started with a straightforward observation: most workplace wellbeing initiatives ignore rosters, commute times, and the realities of shift work. We set out to fix that from a small office in Melbourne's north.

Today we partner with employers across Victoria and interstate — from warehouse floors to hybrid desks — designing programs that fit existing operations rather than demanding teams reshape around a template.
