No. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as reduced absenteeism or improved productivity. Programs are designed to support lifestyle habits and workplace practices; results depend on many factors including organisational context and participation levels.
Our office is at 9/13 Strong Ave, Thomastown VIC 3074. We deliver programs across Australia — face-to-face in metro Melbourne and remotely elsewhere.

Yes. Cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement and our Return Policy. Generally, cancellations before commencement receive a fuller refund than those after delivery has begun.
