1. Scope
This policy applies to employee lifestyle support programs and related consulting services purchased from Brightcleanscrub by organisations in Australia.
2. Service nature
Our programs involve scheduled facilitation, materials delivery, and organisational consulting. Because services are customised and often begin promptly after purchase, standard consumer return rights may differ from physical goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Cancellation before commencement
If you cancel a signed service agreement at least 14 business days before the scheduled start date, you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
4. Cancellation after commencement
If a program has already started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered sessions or modules. Completed sessions, delivered materials, and facilitation hours already performed are non-refundable.
5. Pilot programs
Four-week pilot engagements may be cancelled within the first 7 calendar days of delivery for a 75% refund of the pilot fee, provided no on-site visits have occurred.
6. How to request a refund
Submit a written request to inquiry@brightcleanscrub.world including your organisation name, agreement reference, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 10 business days.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to remedies when services fail to meet consumer guarantees. Contact Consumer Affairs Victoria at consumer.vic.gov.au for guidance.
